Loggs Oy respects your privacy and therefore we want to inform you of the principles we follow to protect. We treat all personal data in accordance with Finnish law and regulations on privacy.
The processing of personal data in the Loggs Cloud service is based on a customer relationship or your otherwise given consent. We keep the information confidential and use it for the following purposes: maintaining customer relationships, providing services, developing operations. We will not send any commercial information to those in the personal register and your information will not be disclosed to those involved in the provision of services.
We collect personal information in the manner specified by the service registry file. This information is always transferred over an SSL encrypted connection using HTTPS. In addition, the password you use is stored in the database as a BCRYPT seal, so it is not readable by anyone under any circumstances.

Loggs Cloud User Register.
Processing of personal data with registered's consent in Loggs Cloud.
The personal data of the data subject is processed in connection with the provision of the service and the identification of the user.
The register shall contain the following information:-the basic information of the data subject: Name, Address, Email, and Mobile Number
- billing information
- customer and contract Information
- user IDs and other authentication information
Personal information is collected upon registration, when using the service or otherwise directly from the data subject.
Personal information is not disclosed outside Loggs Oy.
Access to the registry requires the privileges of the client database administrator. The use of the registry and logins is monitored.
Data is collected in a service database protected by firewalls and other technical means. The database is in a locked and guarded state, and access to the data is restricted to certain predefined individuals.
The retention of registry data is ensured by a mirrored disk system and tape backup.
Pursuant to section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the user has the right to check what information concerning him has been stored in the personal register. The request for verification must be sent in writing, signed:
